JobSiteJoe.com provides the venue, homeowners post FREE estimate requests and local businesses (acting independently of JobSiteJoe.com) go to the site to meet customers. When a homeowner finds someone to do their job, JobSiteJoe recommends removing the estimate request (or risk being contacted continually!). Also, all estimate requests automatically expire after 45 days.

What is “The Buzz”?

The Buzz feature includes M-F uploads of news stories from regional, Commonwealth, and national news sources. The stories deal with home improvement, the housing market, and best practices for hiring contractors/handymen. Advertisers receive FREE access to homeowner contact info and email notification of job postings, and all ad prices are affordably priced ($195/mo for a fixed major ad on the homepage, eight total; $95/mo for one of eight larger rotating ads – Annual contracts are required with payments automatically charged every month.). Ad/logo creation and click-through are also free, however businesses may pay for the copyrights to the created logo for a one-time fee of $100.00. Business credit card information is safely retained using a security certificate. In each e-newsletter, a few advertisers will be featured (a very short blurb with links to the advertiser’s website, if the business has one). Additionally, fixed ads will be repositioned periodically to share the coveted top positions on the homepage.
